College recruitment
SAND Volleyball Club is proud to offer comprehensive college recruitment services to all athletes on our 15s–18s girls teams. Guided by our Director of Player Development and College Recruitment, Carl Osorio, and Founding Member and Senior Coach, Kit Moore, our program provides personalized support to help players navigate the recruiting process; from guiding players in creating their highlight reels and connecting with college coaches to understanding academic requirements and scholarship opportunities.
Where to start
Starting your college recruitment journey with SAND is simple. Begin by filling out our online College Recruitment Form to officially get on our radar. From there, we guide you through the following steps to help you build a strong and strategic recruiting plan:

Attend a SAND College Recruitment Seminar. We offer a fall seminar for all juniors and seniors. We will also offer a January seminar for 8th-12th graders.

Define your priorities – Consider what matters most to you: level of play (D1, D2, D3, NAIA, Junior College), campus size, academic offerings, and the balance between athletics and academics.

Build your school list – Research and create a list of colleges that align with your field of study and personal preferences.

Start your highlight reel – Begin working on your highlight videos to showcase your skills and share with college coaches.
